Mr. Enos Smith died at Brantford General Hospital on March 12, 1938. Residence 14 Huff Ave., Brantford. Born Glenmorris March 4th (year not given). Age 78. Profession farmer, but, apparently more recently, general store keeper. Name of wife ... Smith.
Enos' parents were Eli Sidney Smith and Levina Griffith. (Here, the places of birth for Enos' parents is mixed up on the form. One was apparently born in Pennsylvania and the other may have been born in Glenmorris, a village on the Grand River, in what was in later years South Dumfries Township of Brant County.)

The mausoleum where Enos is entombed is that of Mount Hope in Brantford.
