| Note | Margaret Emma Husband's name, age, and date of death are commemorated on her family's gravestone in St. Jude's Cemetery at Oakville. We must believe, however, that she is buried in Palermo United Church Cemetery (formerly Palermo Methodist Church Cemetery) in Trafalgar Township. The Halton County branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society records a transcription for this cemetery which was done in 1974 by William Britnell, and later in 1981 as well. This shows the following: Stone 196: Margaret E. died Jan 24 1975 aged 16 yrs., 11 mos., 6 das. daughter of John and Helen Husband. Her date of birth as shown, 18 February, 1858, is calculated from her age as shown in this transcription. A death registration for Margaret has not been found. |
