The registering clerk of Walkerton, John Chambers, appears to write in a given relationship of the deceased on all the registrations on the page. On Minerva's registration, he either got mixed up or a bit ahead of himself. Minerva is clearly Ezra's mother.

A certain place of burial for Minerva has not been found.

The Johnstown District was created on January 1st, 1800.
