The groom was United Brethern and the bride was Methodist. Clergyman: Rev. A. Slaght. April 2, 1878, at Waterford.

Whether a transcription error was made by the clerk at the time of registration is unknown, but other records for Noah indicate that his proper name was Bowman. His mother was Mary Stauffer.
