NoteThe marriage of Minerva Jane and Isreal is recorded as follows:
From the 25 Oct. 1843 Christian guardian,
In Chatham on Monday 9th inst. Israel Evans and Jane Moe, both of that place. (Rev. Mr. Flumerfelt) Wit. Wm Carter, Elizabeth MacIntosh.
The marriage record as it appears in the Western District, 1786-1856, MS205 R13, reads
Isreal Evins of Chatham to Mary Jane Moe of Harwich 9 October 1843 by License. Rev. Flummerfelt. Wit. William Carter and Elizabeth McIntosh both of Chatham.

Dorothy Radoff in her letter to the Wentworth Historical Society said that Minerva Jane was Henry and Teressa's daughter. Looking at the given names of their children, not to mention her brother Melvin's presence in her home at the time of the 1861 census, this will be correct. Finally, the sale of Henry's land in Beverly by his executor Adam Misener, which gives the names of Henry's children and their spouses, puts the matter beyond question.
