Dudley Sanderson
ID # 3734, (1830-1907)
Father | Stalham Sanderson (1801-1866) |
Mother | Emily Williams (1810-1905) |
Birth | Dudley Sanderson was born in 1830 at New York State. |
Marriage | He married Mary McKeith, daughter of Neil McKeith and Mary Brown, on 24 October 1860 at Middlesex County. MS248 reel 10 Vol. 36, page 48 Middlesex County Marriages Marriages solemnized by James Ferguson, Presbyterian Minister, Lobo, for the year ending 31st December, 1860 Dudley Sanderson, 30, born Barre, NY, residing London. Parents Stotham and Emily Sanderson. Mary McKeith, 24, born and residing Lobo. Parents Neil McKeith and Mary Brown. Witnesses Duncan McKeith of Lobo and Norman (or Newman) Hull of London. On Oct. 24, 1860 Dudley's place of birth is rather illegible on the form, but the 1850 and 1860 U.S. censuses place the family in Barre, Orleans County, New York. The name of Dudley's father, as it appears on the marriage registration, is reasonably identified as Stotham. However, looking over census information for the family, as well as the inscription of his name as it appears on his gravestone as to be found on Find-a-Grave, we must say that his name was Stalham. |
Burial | He was buried on 21 August 1907 at Speaker Cemetery, Speaker, Sanilac, Michigan. |
Death | He died on 21 August 1907 at Speaker, Sanilac, Michigan. |
