Middlesex County Marriages

Marriages solemnized by James Ferguson, Presbyterian Minister, Lobo, for the year ending 31st December, 1860

Dudley Sanderson, 30, born Barre, NY, residing London. Parents Stotham and Emily Sanderson.
Mary McKeith, 24, born and residing Lobo. Parents Neil McKeith and Mary Brown.
Witnesses Duncan McKeith of Lobo and Norman (or Newman) Hull of London.
On Oct. 24, 1860

Dudley's place of birth is rather illegible on the form, but the 1850 and 1860 U.S. censuses place the family in Barre, Orleans County, New York.

The name of Dudley's father, as it appears on the marriage registration, is reasonably identified as Stotham. However, looking over census information for the family, as well as the inscription of his name as it appears on his gravestone as to be found on Find-a-Grave, we must say that his name was Stalham.
