| Note | A birth registration for Florence has not been found, Death reg. 030866-73 South Dumfries, Brant Co. Florence Muma died 4th August, 1873, age 7 months. Farmer's daughter, born Barrie, Ontario. Physician and informant E. E. Kitchen, St. George. There are two stones together in St. Geroge Baptist Cemetery. We follow the Brant County branch of the OGS's transcription. Neither stone was apparently fully readable at the time, but inferences may reasonably be made. Stone 6 is almost certainly that of Mary Muma who died on Sept. 15, 1892. The next stone, stone 7, is only transcribed as Florence E. Nothing else appears. This is rather more than a guess, but the stone is probably that of Florence Muma, the daughter of Charles and Charlotte. |
