The registration was filed with the township clerk on June 1, 1876 There may have been some readability problems with Clark's inscription on the family's gravestone. The Hamilton branch of the OGS transcribed Troy Cemetery in 1989 and they show his death as being the 18th of May. Another transcription shows the 23rd of May. Harley Misener's transcription of 1969 shows the 28th of May, 1876, and this agrees with his death registration. |
