See page 27. This shows a group of marriages, itemized as entry nbr. 38, as solemnized by Rev'd William Barrie, minister of the United Associate Congregation, Eramosa. The first marriage registered reads:

Edward Huxtable, to Harriet Peters, both of Eramosa. 23 Jan. 1844, by Licence. Rev. Barrie.
Wit. John W. Armstrong and Joseph Wood.

BurialHe was buried at Johnson-Eramosa Cemetery, Eramosa Twp., Wellington Co.. 
NoteFind-a-Grace shows a partially sod covered gravestone for an Edward Huxtable, 1815-1845, in the Johnson-Eramosa Cemetery. This is in Eramosa township of Wellington County. A stone for Harriet is not apparent. The Guelph branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society indexed this cemetery in 1991 and a stone for Harriet was also not found at that time.
