     Ovens Patterson Cuff was born on 29 September 1887 in Hortonia, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.1,2,3 He was the son of George Alexander Cuff and Minnie L Patterson.3 He was the twin brother of Fannie M Cuff.2 He married Gladys Foote.4 He registered for the draft on 5 June 1917 in Hortonia, Wisconsin; he was a farmer with a wife and one child, and claimed exemption based on his dependents and occupation.1 He registered for the draft on 27 April 1942 in Appleton, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.5 He died on 17 January 1973 in Mt Pleasant, Isabella County, Michigan, at age 85.6,3 He was buried in Union Cemetery, Hortonville, Outagamie County, WisconsinG.3
