     1 Hilda May Cooper was born on 1 April 1896 in Vernon, British Columbia.2,3 She was the daughter of Thomas Cooper and Sarah Rolston.4 She married Harry Kennedy Davies on 2 July 1923 in New Westminster, British Columbia.4 She died on 28 June 1961 of myocardial infarction in Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster, British Columbia, at age 65.3 She was buried in Fraser Cemetery, New Westminster, British ColumbiaG.3

A story about the Thomas Cooper family appeared in Bunch Grass to Barbed Wire, a local history of the Kamloops, BC area, published in 1984.5
