William Thomas Parker was born on 29 December 1897 in Arvagh, Co Cavan, IrelandG.1 He married Mabel Jane Williams, daughter of Essex Jones Williams and Julia Broder, on 11 October 1922 in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, Northern IrelandG.1 He was a constable in the Royal Ulster Constabulary.2 He died on 12 December 1969 in Moira, Co Down, Northern IrelandG, at age 71.2 He was buried in St John`s Parish Church, Moira, Co Down, Northern IrelandG.1
