     1 Ethel Sarah Cooper was born on 7 January 1892 in British Columbia.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Cooper and Sarah Rolston.3 She married first Harry Clinton Wright.4 She married second Hugh Alexander McLeod.3,5 She and Hugh Alexander McLeod were separated about 1940.6 She died on 7 August 1972 of cardiac arrest in New Westminster, British Columbia, at age 80.3 She was buried on 10 August 1972 in Fraser Cemetery, New Westminster, British ColumbiaG.3

A story about the Thomas Cooper family appeared in Bunch Grass to Barbed Wire, a local history of the Kamloops, BC area, published in 1984.7
